LEADING
Option 1 - Group Skills
This is a practical workshop led by experienced facilitators and is appropriate for new and experienced facilitators. The skills are applicable in leading Lifekeys programs, Home groups, Connect groups and for small group leaders in a wide variety of situations.
It includes skills for managing anxieties and concerns, listening and
responding with empathy, the art of challenging to encourage change,
identifying our own hesitancies and blind spots in facilitation, plus listening and responding to stories of trauma, the art of containment in the
group and facilitator self care.
The session will include large group format with role-play and demonstration
and break out group time with experienced Lifekeys facilitators for more specialized input and sharing.

Allan will lead discussion on some key areas, including parenting teenagers, teenagers and intimacy, and demonstrating good leadership and serving the community. Allan will also be calling upon others including Greg Burson and Helen Meyer to discuss how what we do at home influences our children.
